By accessing our website or utilizing non-medical care concierge services provided by EverKind Concierge Care, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Non-Medical Private Pay Services

EverKind Concierge Care provides private-pay non-medical caregiving and senior support services, including personal care assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, companionship, and medication reminders.

• Private Pay Exclusivity: Services are provided on a direct private-pay basis. We do not bill health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid directly.
• Care Hours: Minimum shift commitments apply (minimum 4 consecutive hours up to 24-hour round-the-clock care).
• Non-Medical Scope: Our caregivers do not perform skilled medical, clinical, or nursing procedures.

2. Consultations & Service Agreements

Submitting an online consultation form or request does not automatically bind EverKind Concierge Care to deliver services until a formal Service Agreement and Care Plan have been executed between the client/responsible party and EverKind management.

3. Caregiver Employment Applications

Submitting a caregiver employment application does not guarantee employment. All potential care partners undergo rigorous background vetting, drug screening, credential verification, and personal interviews prior to assignment.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage

All trademarks, luxury branding, logos, imagery, and written copy displayed on this website are the exclusive property of EverKind Concierge Care and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

While EverKind Concierge Care strives for perfection and total satisfaction, information provided on this website is for informational purposes only. EverKind Concierge Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website usage or unexecuted inquiries.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
